Business valuation services are provided to assist clients with mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, tax planning, reorganization, litigation, buy/sell agreements and other strategic planning purposes. Our goal is to help our clients successfully realize the value of their assets through independent, well-supported valuations. We follow AICPA, NACVA and tax and regulatory rules when rendering our opinions to allow companies to understand the value of their business or other assets so they can make informed decisions.

Smith & Howard’s valuation practice includes consultants who have earned professional designations including Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) by the American Society of Appraisers, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA, and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
