The entire firm is very proud of five courageous and hearty Smith & Howard women who walked 60 miles in the cold, wind, rain (and finally sunshine) as participants in the 3Day Walk for Breast Cancer. Starting very early on a cold, rainy morning, the team walked through the day, sleeping in a vacant warehouse instead of the planned "tented city", due to rainy conditions. On Day 2, the weather, though cold, improved and provided a brisk walk for the Team. Finally, Day 3 - a beautiful Atlanta fall day, culminating in lunch at Piedmont Park and closing ceremonies at the Georgia World Congress Center.

Our walkers trained for months, weathering injuries, coordinating fundraising activities, and keeping each others' spirits high. Kudos to each of you, for persevering and achieving such an admirable goal! We're proud of you.
