January 6, 2012: In December, Georgia’s manufacturing index lowered by 5 points, contrary to the National manufacturing index’s 1.2 point increase. Don Sabbarese, Director of the Econometric Center at Kennesaw State University says, “Georgia’s fourth quarter PMI ended the year with substantial volatility, which limits the ability to foresee the near future trend for the Georgia PMI.” Read more in the PDF provided.
